Congratulations to two of our undergraduate research assistants, Sneha Singhi and David Behdad, for completing their first summer of research in our lab with support from the Nexus Scholar Program. Sneha and David helped run a new vocal learning study in the lab, analyzed parent’s infant-directed speech, and recruited participants in the community and from our LiLaC database. They presented what they learned to their peers and other participating researchers at the end of the program in July. You can read about their experience in an article from the College of Arts and Sciences Communications team.
We look forward to David, Sneha, and the rest of our undergraduate team’s return to the lab in August!
